Welcome to Linkt Jewelry. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Linkt Jewelry offers permanent jewelry, ready-wear jewelry, ear piercing, and private party experiences at our storefront located at 5454 Bridge St, Roscoe, IL. Services are subject to availability and may be updated at any time.
2. Appointments & Deposits
A $20 deposit is required to hold your appointment and will be applied toward your total. Birthday party bookings require a non-refundable $50 deposit to reserve your date and time. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel without sufficient notice.
3. Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are welcome on Fridays and Saturdays, but appointments are always recommended to secure your preferred time. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed.
4. Repairs & Adjustments
All permanent jewelry purchases include complimentary repairs and adjustments for the lifetime of your jewelry. If something happens to your piece, simply come back in, and we will take care of it at no additional charge.
5. Travel & Events
Linkt Jewelry travels up to 90 miles from our Roscoe, IL studio for pop-ups and private events. A small travel fee may apply for locations more than 30 minutes from the shop. Travel fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
6. Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are available for purchase and may be redeemed toward any Linkt Jewelry service or product. Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
7. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. Due to the custom and personal nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed jewelry or piercing services. If you have a concern about your purchase or experience, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to make it right.
8. Health & Safety
Ear piercing is performed by a trained piercer using a hand pressurized piercing device. All studs are either medical grade titanium or 14K gold. Anyone under 18 years of age must have a legal guardian present at the time of service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
